Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, products purchased directly from The Divine Trace are digital products delivered electronically.
NO PHYSICAL ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED.
Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded after purchase, digital orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once the digital content has been delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law or where an eligible issue described below occurs.
Please review the product description, included files, file formats, dimensions, printing information, and other product details carefully before purchasing.
Please contact us if you experience any of the following:
You were charged more than once for the same order.
You received a file different from the product you purchased.
A purchased file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
Your download link does not work.
Your payment was successfully completed but you did not receive access to your purchased files.
A technical issue on our side prevents you from accessing the digital product you purchased.
Where possible, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing technical assistance, restoring download access, or supplying the correct or replacement file.
Because our products are digitally delivered, we generally cannot provide a refund, return, or exchange simply because you:
Changed your mind after purchase.
Purchased the wrong product or size.
No longer need the product.
Expected a physical product when the listing clearly identified the item as a digital download.
Do not have compatible software, equipment, or printing facilities.
This does not limit any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.
If we determine that a refund is appropriate, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Approved refunds will normally be initiated by us within 5–7 business days after approval.
After we initiate a refund, additional processing time may be required by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider before the funds appear in your account. We do not control these external processing times.
Where applicable law requires a refund or provides additional consumer rights, we will comply with those requirements.
Digital orders may be processed automatically after successful payment.
For this reason, an order generally cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed and the digital content has been delivered or made available for download.
If you believe you placed an order by mistake and the digital content has not yet been delivered or accessed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the request based on the circumstances and applicable law.
Digital products cannot ordinarily be exchanged for another product after delivery or access.
If you received an incorrect file because of an error on our side, please contact us and we will provide the correct file.
Digital products purchased during a sale, promotion, bundle offer, or using a discount code are subject to the same Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Purchasing a product at a discounted price does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
Digital products are delivered electronically.
Depending on the product and checkout process, your files or download instructions may be made available through:
The order confirmation page;
A download link sent to the email address provided during checkout; and/or
Your customer account, where applicable.
Please provide a valid and correctly spelled email address when placing your order.
If your payment was successful but you cannot access your purchase, please contact us before placing another order.
Colors may appear slightly different between screens and printed copies because monitors, printers, paper, inks, and print settings vary.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the individual product listing, purchasing a digital product does not include printing services, frames, physical cards, books, decorations, or other physical items shown in product mockups or lifestyle images.
Your purchase provides you with the usage rights described in the applicable product listing or accompanying license.
Unless expressly permitted, purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the artwork, design, text, or other intellectual property.
Digital files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, uploaded for public distribution, or represented as your own work except where the product’s specific license expressly permits such use.
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or experience a payment-related issue, please contact us with your order details.
For your security, do not send complete card numbers, passwords, PINs, OTPs, CVVs, or other sensitive payment credentials by email or through our contact form.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or override any mandatory rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.
Where such laws provide rights that differ from this policy, the applicable legal requirements will prevail.
